I'm a Los Angeles-based chef and restaurant consultant with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to crafting unforgettable culinary moments. With a robust background in restaurant openings, kitchen design, food event production, seasonal menus, and recipe development, I bring something truly exceptional to the table.
Food and history are at the core of who I am. From my earliest memories, cooking has been my true love. Whether it's whipping up a late-night snack at 10 years old or collaborating with renowned James Beard chefs, my goal remains the same: sharing the joy of food and its rich heritage.
As the great Maya Angelou once wisely stated, "If you don't know where you've come from, you don't know where you're going." 
Los Angeles' diverse culture and rich restaurant scene have influenced my culinary journey.  I have a deep love for seasonal, farmers market-driven, organic California produce, finding inspiration in nature's bounty and locally sourced ingredients. Blending the city's flavors with my Mexican roots, I strive to create unique and delightful culinary adventures for everyone.
